You Don’t Know Real Wasabi Until You Try a Fresh Wasabi

Do you eat Sushi? Then, you probably had Wasabi. Yes, that green hot staff.

Even if you don’t eat Sushi, you probably heard of Wasabi, or seen Wasabi pee snacks and such.

Have you tried it? Do you like it? Do you like it because it clears your sinus(not what it’s intended for)?

If you are in the US and being to a sushi restaurant, you may know that so-called Wasabi isn’t Wasabi at all.

(Ingredients: Horseradish, Spirulina, Turmeric, No Wasabi)

Technically, It’s a powdered wasabi substitute.

Most of them have no real wasabi. It consists of horseradish, food coloring, and yellow mustard.

You may say isn’t wasabi horseradish?

No, it’s not.

Though Wasabi and Horseradish are in the same plan family Brassicaceae, it’s not the same.

That’s right.

Fresh Wasabi is nothing like the power kind.

It’s an aromatic experience. And it’s sweet.

I am not joking when I say it’s sweet.

The difference is night and day.

It’s as different as fresh truffle and truffle oil (which, I understand, is like perfume).

This is why I recommend trying fresh Wasabi from Half Moon Bay Wasabi company.

They sell fresh Wasabi online.

If you are a Sushi eater and even if you are not, please, try it and let me know that I am not wrong when I say it has a sweet aftertaste.
